University Secretary

The University Secretary is a senior administrative position and an officer of the university. The secretary is responsible for high-level and confidential facilitation and coordination of the activities of the Board of Trustees of the University of Oregon, including strategic planning, meeting preparation, staffing, and managing relationships between the Board and university administrators.
