President's Review Panel: Written Public Input

Updated: June 2015

Written Public Input

The President’s Review Panel is interested in hearing a broad range of perspectives and is conducting group and individual interviews, taking public comments, and also seeks written comment.

If you cannot or chose not to provide input at one of the public input sessions scheduled, or if you would like to provide additional comments, you may provide input through a web form.

The web form works as follows:

  • Information is shared directly with the panel.
  • You can choose to submit your form anonymously.
  • You may also request the information you provide be held in confidence.

However, the University of Oregon is a public institution, and its records are subject to Oregon’s broad public records laws. If a request for the information you have provided is received, the panel will attempt, to the extent permitted by law, to maintain the confidentiality of information that is of a confidential nature, however, the panel's ability to do that is not guaranteed.

The panel and the university encourage any university employee, student, or campus visitor who has experienced sexual assault or misconduct to visit safe.uoregon.edu and the Office for Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity for a list of comprehensive university resources and reporting options.
